The Wealtheeze team, with its multi disciplinary expertise, managed to develop a standalone system for trusts and companies. We combined our years of experience in different fields, which enabled us to build such a complicated system, which integrates technology, process flow, administration, compliance, risk management, operational management, trust law and accounting.
After much research and the application of the team’s skills and experience we have developed a comprehensive trust and company administration system.

- Our system has functionality to save all trust and company related documentation and makes these electronic documents accessible to relevant stakeholders
- As you take care of the administration of a trust or company, the financial statements are created automatically; no “debits and credits” knowledge is required and no accounting entries have to be captured
- Recurring transactions are populated automatically
- Our system provides an audit trail for each transaction, supported by relevant documentation
- Our system not only produces historical accounting records, but it also produces projections, based on contractual information captured

During Phia’s career of over 30 years, she served in various positions with some of the largest financial institutions in South Africa, which included various structured finance and property finance roles. She also worked in risk management, property development and private equity positions. She has a strong financial and legal background as well as extensive experience in debt and equity finance, property development, risk management, compliance and in supporting and growing start-up companies. Her strength is an understanding and management of risks across various sectors.
Phia writes about trusts and estate planning in various national newspapers on a regular basis to educate and enlighten estate owners. She also published a book called “Demystifying Trusts in South Africa”, to educate all role players in a trust.
She speaks at various conferences, on radio programmes, television programmes, and for professional bodies and is also a guest lecturer for universities on the topic of trusts and estate planning.
Phia has received the Fiduciary Institute of South Africa Chairperson’s Award 2020 for her contribution to the fiduciary industry.
John Hunter
Managing Director

John Hunter has over 35 years financial services experience, which has included senior management roles with major banks, working across a wide spectrum of sectors including; Private Client/Fiduciary, Life and Captive Insurance/Banks and Funds, as well as having been a director on various subsidiary businesses for Banks.
John moved to the Isle of Man in 2007 having previously worked in London, Cambridge, Bristol and Guernsey.
During his banking career John set up a successful High Net Worth private client business for a major bank in Knightsbridge, developed a private banking business in the west country and set up and developed a significant Private Equity desk for a bank offshore.
Holding the Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors he has been a director of an offshore funds business and recently been a project consultant on a significant UK property development.
John's particular experience in and understanding of the fiduciary environment and High Net Worth individuals' needs makes him a great contributor to the team.
John Assor
Business Development, Risk Assessment and Structuring
Registered Financial Planner
John’s has in excess of 20 years experience in financial risk assessment and mitigation. His focus is the correct structuring of estates, with the use of trusts, where relevant. His extensive experience in the utilisation of trusts as part of an estate plan enables him to guide clients through the structuring and implementation of trusts.
John holds membership with the Financial Planning Institute (FPI).
John's heads up the business development team and his experience in risk mitigation is a great contribution to the team.
Bianca Prinsloo
Technical, compliance and training lead
BCom LLB
Bianca has over 5 years experience in the legal industry with a specific focus on compliance, companies and trusts.
She graduated from university in 2015. After completing her two-year articles and passing the board exams, she was admitted as an attorney. During her career she obtained relevant experience across the legal field including experience in civil and criminal matters, trade marks, aviation, companies, debt reviews, divorces, family law, estates, road accident funds, labour law, trust law, commercial law and compliance. She is currently on the non-practicing attorney’s role.
With her background, she takes responsibility for technical input, compliance and training in the company.
